We use Australia Post as both our preferred local and international shipping method. Australian orders placed before 4 pm have a next business day delivery estimate. For international orders please allow up to 10 business days. Other delivery methods may be available (time/carrier) if selected during the order process. You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by AdvancedQ10.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Just email us at refunds@advancedq10.com with your name, address, phone, email, product description and reason for

return and we will contact you to setup the return.

You should expect to receive your refund within 10-15 days of us receiving your return shipment; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We strongly suggest that you only use a traceable method of shipment for any/all returns. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Most items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery (partial refund/credit or exchange may be possible).
